Job Summary

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time Patient Account Analyst will manage patient inquiries regarding registration, billing, and collections, while posting payments and resolving account issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients to address questions related to hospital or physician billing
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
• Resolve billing inquiries to improve overall patient satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections
• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Toledo, OH
