Patient Account Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time remote Patient Account Analyst will coordinate and analyze complex accounts receivable, identify process improvements, and serve as an expert resource for leadership while managing system changes and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements related to billing and collections, including staff training and system enhancements
• Monitor accounts receivable trends, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management based on data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate testing and implementation of system changes and upgrades

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of applicable experience in a relevant role
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, particularly with Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Epic and IT-related training/testing is essential
