Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate - HBC Transplant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and generate information related to the patient revenue process while ensuring compliance with established policies
• Develop relationships with customers to gather information and resolve issues for accurate reimbursement
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, generating letters, and operating general office equipment

Required Qualifications

• High school education with some postsecondary education preferred
• Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections, or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles
• No specific degrees, licensure, or certification required
