Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate Representative II, who will provide exceptional customer service and manage account handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify payment details and validate adjustments to payment postings for account resolution
• Initiate payer recoupments and refunds, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
• Navigate payer claim portals and assist in training new and existing associates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle required
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required
• Two (2) years of experience in insurance-related activities preferred
• Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle processes and medical terminology
