Patient Account Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate - Special Programs: Vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and generate information related to the patient revenue process
• Initiate and develop customer relationships to resolve issues and optimize reimbursement
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, generating letters, and operating office equipment

Required Qualifications

• High school education with some postsecondary education preferred
• Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections
• Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles
• Relevant education and/or experience may be considered as an equivalent
• No specific degrees, licensure, or certifications required
