Patient Account Associate

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the remote Patient Account Associate will manage the patient revenue process by recording and generating information, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing excellent customer service while working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key responsibilities:

• Record and generate revenue information, ensuring high production levels and quality output in compliance with established policies
• Develop relationships with customers to gather information and resolve issues for accurate reimbursement
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, generating letters, and operating office equipment

Required qualifications:

• High school education with some postsecondary education preferred
• Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections, or equivalent relevant education/experience
• Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles
