Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate I Payment Posting Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments to patient accounts and balance payments to deposits
• Research and validate payment postings, making necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with other teams and participate in meetings and educational requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of six months of revenue cycle experience or one year of cash handling experience is required
• Vocational training or education in medical billing or medical records is preferred
• At least one year of revenue cycle experience is preferred
