Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate I Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely follow-up on claims and resolution of accounts while maintaining accurate documentation
• Research outstanding claims and contact insurance companies for account resolution
• Identify issues and trends, providing suggestions for resolution to management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations
• Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in the same field
• Preferred: Knowledge of Revenue and ICD coding language
