Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate II Payment Research Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify payment details, balance payments, and post to patient accounts
- Research and validate payment postings, ensuring timely resolution of accounts
- Collaborate with teams and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of full cycle medical billing experience
- At least six months in a healthcare Cash Posting role
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
- Experience with insurance claim appeals
