Patient Account Associate II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate II EDI Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies for compliance with commercial and government payment techniques and payor portal access requirements
• Acts as a subject matter expert for EDI enrollments and serves as a liaison between the organization and vendors
• Researches payment errors and collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve and maintain electronic payment activity

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of experience in back-end Revenue Cycle (payor enrollment, payment posting, billing, follow-up)
• Associate degree in a related field preferred
