Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate II to provide exceptional customer service and manage account handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments and balance them to deposits in systems and applications
• Research and validate payment postings, ensuring accurate adjustments and follow-ups
• Collaborate with other teams and escalate issues to leadership as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of full cycle medical billing experience
• At least six (6) months in a healthcare Cash Posting role
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
• Experience with insurance claim appeals
