Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate II EDI Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies for compliance with commercial and government payment techniques and payer portal access requirements
• Acts as a subject matter expert for commercial payer requirements and manages all tickets related to payer portals
• Collaborates with interdepartmental leadership and vendors to implement streamlined workflows and provides monitoring and trending reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of experience in back-end Revenue Cycle (payer enrollment, payment posting, billing, follow-up)
• Associate degree in a related field preferred
