Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate for HBC Transplant, working remotely and requiring residency in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and generate information related to the patient revenue process to ensure compliance with established standards
• Develop relationships with customers to gather information and resolve issues for accurate reimbursement
• Perform clerical duties, including operating office equipment, generating letters, and managing data entry

• Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections, or equivalent education/experience
