Patient Account Associate - NC

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the remote Patient Account Associate - NC will manage the recording and generation of information related to the patient revenue process, ensuring compliance with established policies while maintaining high production levels and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Record and generate revenue by processing information that impacts the patient revenue cycle
• Develop relationships with customers to gather information and resolve issues for accurate reimbursement
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, generating letters, and operating general office equipment

Required qualifications:

• High school education with some postsecondary education preferred
• Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections, or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles
