Patient Account Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for account follow-up and resolution of patient receivables
• Identify and escalate problem accounts as necessary
• Update patient account records and maintain production standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous call center experience preferred
• Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with collections in the healthcare revenue space is preferred
• High-speed internet connection required for work from home
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
