Patient Account Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for account follow-up and resolution of patient receivables
• Refer calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries and escalate problem accounts as necessary
• Update patient account records and maintain production standards while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Previous call center experience preferred
• Minimum one-year related experience preferred, ideally in healthcare
• Experience with collections in the healthcare revenue space is preferred
• Ability to work uninterrupted during shifts (not including breaks/lunch)
• High-speed internet connection required; Wifi is not permitted
