Patient Account Lead Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Lead Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance follow-up and collections, including payment research and documentation
• Provide coaching and training to staff, including participation in new hire interviewing
• Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance job knowledge and assist team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 3-6 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related collections
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PC and MS Outlook
• Experience with insurance billing, collections, and terminology
