Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Manager responsible for managing accounts receivable across multiple hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and workload management to meet operational goals
• Develop and adhere to departmental budgets, responding to business changes affecting budget goals
• Analyze data to drive improvements in the revenue cycle and ensure quality assurance programs are in place

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 5-10 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
