Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on IDR submissions for the No Surprise Act
• Pulling information from databases and saving it appropriately
• Pulling remits and documents from client systems for submissions and negotiations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year relevant experience
• Knowledge and utilization of Word and Excel
• 1+ year medical provider experience with UB04, appeals & denials for insurance-specific clients
• PC skills in a Windows environment, specifically Word and Excel
