Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve patient account balances through communication with payors and patients
• Document account activities and maintain productivity goals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Assist in special projects and communicate findings effectively to team members and management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred
• 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting applications
• Intermediate understanding of revenue cycle processes and insurance collections
• Minimum typing requirement of 45 words per minute
