Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve patient accounts, ensuring timely collection of uncollected balances
• Document account activities and maintain productivity goals while adhering to quality standards
• Assist team members and participate in meetings and training to enhance job knowledge

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred
• 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various system applications
• Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes, including insurance collections and billing procedures
