Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate billing and account collections
• Obtain required documentation for billing and resolve denied claims
• Maintain data in the billing management system and produce related reports

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or a related environment
• One year of Epic system experience is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
