Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, addressing patient questions, complaints, and concerns
- Explain patient balances, collect payments, and review claims for accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality while cooperating with staff and management regarding patient accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of healthcare and/or customer service experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and various insurance plans
- Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 preferred
