Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing patient questions, complaints, and concerns
  • Explain patient balances, collect payments, and review claims for accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality while cooperating with staff and management regarding patient accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of healthcare and/or customer service experience required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and various insurance plans
  • Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 preferred
