Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding medical billing, insurance claims, and payment collection
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and necessary updates
• Educate patients on financial assistance programs and assist with filing insurance claims

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing processes and insurance terminology
• Proficient computer skills with experience in electronic health records or billing software
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
• Experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare
