Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II responsible for processing patient accounts and managing insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes insurance payments and bills claims appropriately
  • Follows up on denied claims and performs appeals and denial recovery procedures
  • Analyzes and resolves credit balances on patient accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
  • One year of experience in a related field
  • Healthcare, EPIC, and scheduling experience preferred
  • Must reside within driving distance of the location
  • No professional license or certification required
