Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II responsible for processing patient accounts and managing insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes insurance payments and bills claims appropriately
- Follows up on denied claims and performs appeals and denial recovery procedures
- Analyzes and resolves credit balances on patient accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- One year of experience in a related field
- Healthcare, EPIC, and scheduling experience preferred
- Must reside within driving distance of the location
- No professional license or certification required
