Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

Compassionate and dedicated, the full-time hourly Patient Account Representative I will accurately review and resolve outstanding invoices, manage inquiries, and document actions taken, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve outstanding invoices in work queues according to policy
• Respond to inquiries via correspondence, electronic mail, or telephone within three business days
• Document all actions taken clearly and concisely for accountability and compliance

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Two to four years of experience in a physician office, hospital registration, collection agency, or professional billing
• Training in medical billing from an educational institution is acceptable
