Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receivables by verifying account balances and resolving payment issues
• Provide excellent service to payors, patients, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with policies
• Identify and resolve payor contract issues and recommend accounts for external collection when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle accounts receivable
• General knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced word processing and spreadsheets
