Patient Account Representative II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Processes patient accounts through billing, collections, and payment posting
• Manages complex accounts receivable tasks, including claim rejections and follow-ups
• Provides training to team members and identifies process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Relevant licensure and practices as required by facility policy
• Two years of experience in a hospital or physician business office preferred
• Thorough understanding of billing regulations and medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and systems such as Epic and SSI preferred
