Patient Account Representative II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II - Charge Entry and Processing in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform charge entry, payment posting, and reconciliation for moderately complex accounts
• Handle lockbox duties, account investigation, follow-up, and collections
• Complete other assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Two to three years of experience in a physician billing office
• General understanding of basic accounting principles
• PC proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of computerized billing systems such as GE or EPIC
