Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced clinic, the full-time Patient Account Representative II will manage insurance verification, assist with reporting and process improvements, and coordinate workflow in a remote contact center environment with onsite training as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefits assessments
• Assist management with trending, tracking, and reporting for process improvements
• Organize and coordinate workflow while meeting productivity standards and deadlines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in Hospital Business Operations Account Receivables
• Ability to manage a productivity standard of 250 accounts per week
• Experience with insurance eligibility and verification processes
• Familiarity with reporting and data organization
