Job Summary
Supporting a fast-paced clinic, the full-time Patient Account Representative II will manage insurance verification, assist with reporting and process improvements, and coordinate workflow in a remote contact center environment with onsite training as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Perform insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefits assessments
- Assist management with trending, tracking, and reporting for process improvements
- Organize and coordinate workflow while meeting productivity standards and deadlines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in Hospital Business Operations Account Receivables
- Ability to manage a productivity standard of 250 accounts per week
- Experience with insurance eligibility and verification processes
- Familiarity with reporting and data organization
