Job Summary

Leading a team of patient account representatives, the full-time remote Patient Account Representative Lead will oversee operations, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with policies while also performing account representative duties.

Key responsibilities
  • Leads and coordinates shift operations, managing resources and staff activities
  • Serves as a technical resource, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Monitors work progress, compliance with policies, and evaluates staff performance and training
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Three years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with hospital insurance denials and payor portals
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Lead or supervisory experience preferred
