Job Summary
Leading a team of patient account representatives, the full-time remote Patient Account Representative Lead will oversee operations, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with policies while also performing account representative duties.
Key responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates shift operations, managing resources and staff activities
- Serves as a technical resource, providing guidance and support to team members
- Monitors work progress, compliance with policies, and evaluates staff performance and training
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Experience with hospital insurance denials and payor portals
- Proficient computer skills
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
