Patient Account Representative Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of patient account representatives, the full-time salaried Patient Account Representative Lead will oversee shift operations, assign and monitor work progress, and serve as a technical resource while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates shift operations and manages assigned activities and staff
• Monitors compliance with policies and procedures while evaluating staff performance
• Performs duties of a Patient Account Representative as needed

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• Three years of experience in a related field
• Experience with Missouri Managed Medicaid or Government (Medicare) preferred
