Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Resolution Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers
• Review new and recurring patient accounts to ensure proper documentation for health insurance billing
• Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients to drive account resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data
• Must reside and work within the United States
