Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Patient Account Services Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of specialty processes and customer service impact on patient journeys
- Assist patients with complex billing and reimbursement processes
- Document interactions accurately and follow up on patient concerns
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for at least 1 year
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility with work schedule, including shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
- High school diploma or GED required
