Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Patient Account Services Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of specialty processes and customer service impact on patient journeys
  • Assist patients with complex billing and reimbursement processes
  • Document interactions accurately and follow up on patient concerns
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for at least 1 year
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
  • High school diploma or GED required
