Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and resolve patient billing questions

Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections practices
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in offering emotional support and empathy
