Patient Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient support by answering inbound calls and assisting with billing inquiries
• Process payments and set up payment plans while escalating unresolved issues to the Accounts Receivable team
• Maintain professional relationships and represent the organization positively

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace that meets HIPAA compliant standards
• High-volume call center experience and/or medical billing experience is preferred
