Job Summary

Assisting patients in understanding their accounts, the fully remote Patient Account Specialist will manage inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve billing matters while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from patients and addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests with empathy and professionalism
• Assisting patients with insurance inquiries, claims, and billing matters
• Documenting patient interactions and updating relevant systems according to established guidelines
