Job Summary

To support efficient revenue cycle management, the full-time Patient Account Specialist will handle account follow-up, resolve billing issues, and manage patient inquiries remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment
• Contact patients regarding delinquent accounts and arrange payment schedules
• Follow up on insurance billing to ensure timely receipt of payments

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum five years of experience in a medical business office setting
• Experience with insurance processing and balancing responsibilities
