Patient Account Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle team, the full-time Patient Account Specialist will manage account follow-up, resolve billing issues, and set up financial arrangements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment
• Contact patients regarding delinquent accounts and arrange payment schedules
• Follow up on insurance billing to ensure timely receipt of payments and resolve patient billing complaints

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum three years' experience in a medical business office setting with insurance processing responsibilities
