Patient Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and staff scheduling
• Train, develop, and motivate subordinates while maintaining a positive work environment
• Respond to requests and issues from staff, management, and clients in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
