Patient Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Operations- Patient Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and productivity of accounts receivable and charge entry teams
• Recommend changes and efficiencies to improve production services
• Provide direct supervision of billing department activities, including accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• College experience in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of comprehensive medical billing experience
• 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience
• General understanding of complex accounting principles
