Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Accounting Coordinator 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of patient billing and collection processing in compliance with departmental policies
- Perform tasks such as payment posting, cash reconciliation, and insurance follow-up
- Provide customer service in a call center setting, including self-pay collections and claim submission
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or healthcare environment
- Ability to work across multiple service lines and revenue cycle functions
- Must achieve or maintain a satisfactory performance rating
- PC knowledge is required
