Patient Accounting Support Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cerner Patient Accounting and Charge Services Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as lead on the support team for patient accounting system performance
• Monitor application health and implement change requests in line with best practices
• Provide support for troubleshooting incidents escalated by Tier 1 Help Desk

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience, including 5 years in healthcare information technology consulting
• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Health billing applications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in HCIT system design, build, and workflow assessment
• Ability to multitask and lead teams effectively
