Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Representative for a full-time, remote day shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maximization of collections and account resolutions
• Facilitate account resolution through appeals and correction of billing errors
• Identify and resolve issues causing delays in payment or account resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare collections, focusing on appeals
• Strong knowledge of Patient Accounting systems
• Strong knowledge of healthcare contracts
• Team-oriented with the ability to deliver quick turnaround and quality output
