Key Responsibilities

• Process credit balances and invoices, ensuring accurate refunds and documentation
• Maintain and review credit reports, contacting insurance carriers as needed
• Complete various logs related to payments and maintain adherence to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one year of medical billing experience, focusing on accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with IDX-BAR preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
