Job Summary

Calculating and providing accurate cost estimates for scheduled procedures, the full-time Patient Accounts Representative will verify insurance eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities to patients while working remotely in the Hawaii-Aleutian Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and provide timely cost estimates based on patient insurance and historical data
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage levels to determine patient financial responsibility
• Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial liabilities and payment options

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Mandatory compliance with strict patient confidentiality policies
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
