Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Resolution Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls to assist customers with billing inquiries and invoice accuracy
- Educate customers on online invoice access and payment options
- Review account activity and process patient mail to ensure accurate billing and resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of call center experience in a healthcare billing or medical insurance setting
- 1+ years of experience working with EOB (explanation of benefits)
- Knowledge of CPT and/or medical claims processing
