Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls to assist customers with billing inquiries and invoice accuracy
  • Educate customers on online invoice access and payment options
  • Review account activity and process patient mail to ensure accurate billing and resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of call center experience in a healthcare billing or medical insurance setting
  • 1+ years of experience working with EOB (explanation of benefits)
  • Knowledge of CPT and/or medical claims processing
