Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries
  • Educate customers on invoice processes and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Review account activity and ensure accurate application of payments and adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of call center experience in a healthcare billing or medical insurance setting
  • 1+ years of experience working with explanations of benefits (EOB)
  • Knowledge of CPT and medical claims processing
