Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Resolution Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries
- Educate customers on invoice processes and resolve billing discrepancies
- Review account activity and ensure accurate application of payments and adjustments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of call center experience in a healthcare billing or medical insurance setting
- 1+ years of experience working with explanations of benefits (EOB)
- Knowledge of CPT and medical claims processing
