Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collection activities for patient accounts receivable
• Communicate with patients regarding overdue balances and payment arrangements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of home infusion therapy billing practices required
• 1 year of medical and billing collections experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with Excel and Outlook required
