Patient Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and mail patient statements and notate delinquent accounts
• Contact patients regarding past due balances and explain billing details
• Monitor payment plans and assist with insurance collections as needed

Required Qualifications

• One year of related experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• College degree preferred with emphasis in business and/or health sciences
• Must have working knowledge of the English language
